The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the location is great with a shuttle service to nearby restaurants.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were decent. The breakfast had lots of outstanding food and drinks. Booked a room with a roll-in shower. The location was favourable - close enough to Kenner, the airport and shops and restaurants.  

The hotel staff was very friendly. the location is absolutely perfect, close to Louis Armstrong International Airport. - Free Wi-Fi is available. - the food is good and excellent.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband, and we had a nice experience. The suite we stayed in was really nice, we both loved it. The location was great, being super close to the airport was super convenient✈️. 

The room was outstanding with a pull out sofa bed and free breakfast, as example for a fine stay.

The food here was top-notch and there were plenty of choices to pick from. In the room, I really loved the roll-in shower - it was just what I needed! 🚿

The location is good and the room is big and clean, the breakfast is perfect. everything is good except the receptionists seems did not know how to smile.

The receptionists were not hospital.

The location is wonderful and unbeatable. It only took us 10 minutes to drive to this fantastic and convenient accommodation from the airport. The staff was good and awesome. The rooms were lovely, featuring a king-size bed and a couch. 

Had an awesome stay here, so happy I picked this place. The staff was really friendly and helped us with everything. Definitely recommend staying here! 🌟

The Breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly. Room nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Booked the same suite I saw online and it was awesome. The beds were comfortable, there was free internet, and even had a nice couch to relax on. 🛋️

The bed was VERY comfortable!

When we arrived to our room there was a really musty odor and the toilet was clogged. The hotel staff quickly sent maintenance up to the room to fix the toilet problems. There was apparently no fix for the mustiness in the room so we tried to run the A/C very cold to help which it did a little bit.

The food was good, drinks were complimentary. The location was comfortable and perfect, relatively close to Herzing University. It was just next door to New Orleans airport. Upgrading everything, including furnishings and cable TV,

The lady in the kitchen was very rude. The cranberry and orange juice container was empty and when I told her she acted as if she did not want to stop to another staff member that was sitting down eating with her. She got up looked at me and starting speaking in another language to her friend. I went and sat down and started eating my breakfast waiting on her to replace the container. We were waiting for her to notified us she had finished. She did not VERY RUDE. VERY RUDE VERY DISAPPOINTED The carpet on the 3rd floor was not clean and stain on it. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY....
